Lenovo ThinkPad T410s Overview

Lenovo has released the new ThinkPad notebook lineup, including the 14-inch ultra-thin ThinkPad T410s with the Intel Core i5 processor and an optional multi-touch display.
Lenovo ThinkPad T410sWith a weight of 3.91 pounds and a profile measuring from 0.83 to 1.02 inches, the Lenovo ThinkPad T410s features the dual-core Intel Core i5-520M 2.4GHz and i5-540M 2,53GHz processors with Intel integrated graphics, as well as up to 8GB of DDR3 system memory, up to 250GB of hard drive storage or up to 128GB solid state drive, and a DVD burner. According to the product specifications, the laptop will be available with a switchable graphics solution combining Intel’s integrated chip and the NVIDIA NVS3100M 512MB dedicated video card.
The display has LED backlight and a resolution of 1440×900 pixels. The optional multi-touch display supports one- and two-finger gestures to pan, zoom, rotate, right-click and more.
Regarding networking, the T410s features 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, optional WiMAX and a built-in mobile broadband module that can be upgraded to Gobi 2000 3G with GPS functionality.
The Windows 7-powered ThinkPad includes a multi-touch trackpad, a 2MP web camera, dual digital microphones, two USB ports and an eSATA/USB combo port, an ExpressCard slot, DisplayPort and VGA video connectors, a Firewire port, a 5-in-1 media card reader, and a fingerprint sensor.
