Apple MacBook Pro MC372LL/A Overview

MacBook Pro MC372LL-AThe Apple MacBook Pro MC372LL/A laptop is the mid-range 15.4-inch model with a 2010 Intel Core processor.
In the new lineup, the MC372LL/A sits between the lower-end MC371LL/A and higher-end MC373LL/A and includes the Intel Core i5 CPU at 2.53GHz and a 500GB hard drive, which can be replaced by 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB solid state drive at the time of a purchase on the Apple Store.
Other features are the switchable GPU solution combining the NVIDIA GeForce GT330M 256MB video card for more demanding graphics tasks and the Intel’s HD GPU for a longer battery life, 4GB of DDR3 memory upgradeable to 8GB, the SuperDrive DVD burner, the aluminum unibody enclosure, and Mac OS X v10.6 Snow Leopard.
Its standard display is a glossy one at 1440-by-900 pixels, and can be upgraded to 1680-by-1050 with anti glare or glossy coating. All screen options include LED-backlight.
Apple says the new 15.4″ MacBook Pros, including the MC372LL/A, deliver 8 to 9 hours of battery life on a single charge.
The notebook also sports a multitouch trackpad, illuminated keyboard, the iSight video camera, stereo speakers, 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth, Gigabit LAN, two USB ports, Mini DisplayPort output, an SD card slot, and a FireWire 800 port.
The MacBook Pro MC372LL/A is available via Apple’s online store for a base price of $1,999 and at various online retailers. The same basic configuration at MacMall is $1,929.
